- Include the page URL and the exact statement that needs correcting.
- Link the official operator announcement or product page.
- State the effective date and whether a price applies to online, agency or station purchases.

Include the cities, travel-day inputs, relevant result and browser details. A screenshot can help, but remove personal information. Do not email passport numbers, ticket booking codes, card numbers or payment details.
