Prices are starting points, not equivalent coverage. Nationwide overseas-agency prices differ from official online prices. Hokkaido station purchases cost more than pre-purchase; Kyushu has a current online promotion.

Product changes to know

The old Tohoku and Nagano/Niigata passes were replaced March 14, 2026 by the JR EAST PASS. Kansai Area Pass sales ended September 30, 2026.

Read the exact map

A city name does not confirm every route to that city is included. For example, Kansai WIDE reaches Kyoto by conventional rail but excludes the Tokaido Shinkansen between Kyoto and Shin-Osaka. Check train category, boundary stations and required supplements.
